|
|
I have just released my very first affiliate product in partnership with ClickBank (to thunderous applause! LOL)
Does anyone here use ClickBank for selling more than one product on the same account? Since they only allow one 'thank you' page I am wondering how do you deliver the product the customer ordered and still protect the others from being scooped free?
Thanks all...

Hi Shelley...
take a look around for ClickBank Multi Item Manager.... I think it retails at $10 or something, but this does what you wish...
Personally we use different accounts for each product, but that does mean paying a fresh fee everytime... I'm pretty sure MIM does what you ask with a cookie carrying script in the thankyou page..
It detects whch cookie brought the customer and re-directs them to the relevant download...
Peace

Jamie what are the pro's to using a separate account for each product? _________________ It isn't "mine" or "yours". We live in an infinite world. Jamie what are the pro's to using a separate account for each product? |
1. Keeps things seperated in terms of promotion etc..
For example... if you start getting affiliate's.. and cookie's don't track properly, or somebody clear's their cookies.. you may have issues.
2. Allows you to define your thankyou page to be niche-specific...
e.g.
I wouldn't want a gamer software thankyou page the same as a make money online product thankyou page...although it can be done with a bland thankyou page and the script I listed above, I would much rather have unique pages for each niche/product and allow branding to continue right through to the thankyou page...
And overall we just like to have everything kept in order, which means seperating it adequately.....such a wide variety of niches/markets means it's good to have seperate accounts and have the focus on one at a time.
Although having said that, if you onlyplan to have one or two products and they are closely related, then the script above could be just what you are looking for.
With what we do over here, your mindset has to change with each different niche so we keep it clearly and blatantly defined in seperate accounts....if that makes sense?...lol.. well it does for us..
Peace
Jamie
p.s. It also doesn't hurt having different URL's/Logo's on different thankyou pages for the up-sell to a higher priced product later on _________________ I have neither the time nor the inclination to insult you with the plethora of reasons why YOU need to Bust Your Limiting Beliefs...

One vendor account on Clickbank can be used to sell up to 500 products.
But you're allowed only one marketplace listing per account, and only one commission rate, too.
Additional accounts are only $29.95, though, not $49.95 like the first one, I think. _________________ Alexa
